Pros

Good company values - Good team environment if your face fits, or you are one of the favourites with the managers and then you are included and in the fold. From the outside looking in, the people in the cliques seemed to have a good fun, working environment - some great recruiters here to learn from

Cons

-The most cliquey environment I have ever worked in- to the point you wont even be spoken to or acknowledged by the majority of the office unless your are in the 'in crowd' - An attitude of being the best, almost arrogant, but most of the staff not actually following best recruitment practice, returning candidates phone calls etc - no matter what desk you are on your targets and thresholds will not be thought through by a manager - a number will be plucked out of the air and you will need to meet this matter no what desk you work on or whether it is achievable - Although there are some great recruiters here, there are also alot that just brown nose the management and directors to keep their jobs

Pros

Flexible working but I've been told things have changedyo Decent commission scheme - but only for the first year! In the second year you accumulate debt for whatever you haven't billed so that reaching targets at the end of the year is nearly impossible. And I've been told this at the beginning of my second year. Flashy London office, but again, you have to book your desk as there isn't enough desks for all employees.

Cons

- OP culture: you better be privately educated and blonde or you won't fit in. - No proper HR function, so complains were never heard! or exit interviews perhaps - CEO is ex Michael Page and thinks he's God. - Favoritism across the London office and managment - OP has really had a damaging impact on my career and on me personally. Wish I never work there.
