There is nothing good about this company as it is a fake company. They are playing with emotions of innocent girls thats the reason they hire females only.

Cons

They are the biggest frauds. Nobody should go there for interviews as they select people right away and then make them work for 2weeks that to without an offer letter and then ask them to leave without any reason. They are not doing anything for migration they are there to eat money only. They are fake.

nothing good in this company, totally fake organization, they hire me as Sr. Manager HR and assign calling profile like BPO's. if u don't have any self-respect or you are dumb then definitely you can go for an interview in this organization or join the same.

Cons

no policy, no pf deduction, no offer letter, no salary even, worst organization.

Oasis Resource Management is well stabilised company since good years, we are in service industry. Oasis Resource Management support and provide consulting to the well educated people who need Support / guidance. where as Oasis Resource Management hire people who can be good to the customer. if we don't provide offer letter / salaries then how people will work with us.
