Pros

The company has a great management team , opportunities for growth, and provides a great work/life balance.

Cons

Some positions require a lot of traveling and the work force is spread out in different facilities. I do not feel that this is really a con for some people, but for other it could be thought of as a "con".

Pros

Worked with some really good people and we all had such high hopes about being a part of the future of this company.

Cons

CEO does not care about the people who work for him unless they are part of his family or his church. People come and go in his organization and it means nothing to him. When someone you respect and admire for their credentials, business acumen and leadership leaves your team to find something more promising within 30 days, it's a revelation. Look somewhere else, your future is not with this company.

Pros

Pay is competitive with other companies in the industry.

Cons

This company has a "Temp-Agency" mentality towards their employees. They will hire people for a certain job, but when the funding is gone, so is the employee. Very little funding information is shared with the employees. If an employee is lucky, and the company wins a new confract just as the employee's current project ends, then they might not get laid off. Otherwise, they make very little effort to place an employee another project. Employees are simply informed that they are being laid off and immediately walked out the door. The company does not give any type of severance package. Anyone who chooses to work for OASYS should understand that they are essentially a temporary employee. Do not buy-in to the company's "great" benefits (like the ESOP plan). Most employees are not employed long enough to become vested.
