Pros

I could not think of any pros. Hurts to see such conditions exist.

Cons

Very close minded, bitter and unprofessional trainers. Extremely small enclosures for dogs, filthy and smell of urine is very prominent, lobby/office is dirty and unorganized, playroom is unsafe, poorly monitored and dogs are sprayed with sticky citronella substance instead of being patiently worked with. Lack of behavioral knowledge. Long, dragged out training programs with little to no work done with the dogs.
