Pros
working routine/calendar is flexible, no badge, discount on products coming from Group brands, "you" is a must, nice people around, you can do things (meaning job projects) not linked specificly to your job duties that you would have never done in other companies. Perfect company if you are at the beginning or at the end of your career.
Cons
In the end is still family own business, people are more important than competencies, you leave as you entered, salaries are not high and HR office is not very competent. Senior people are often less efficient than junior people.
