      Everything. From the owner to the dictator COO. She had a PhD in chemistry. Not sure how. Has zero knowledge. Awful people skills

      Pretty good benefits for a small company

      Where to begin, there's a dictator in this company who will make your life miserable!! They don't train you to be a better Chemist, they train you to become a machine. Be ready to work countless after hours, and utterly disrespected for trying to learn and grow. Needless to say, work life balance is terrible. The recent 5 stars review seem like a paid review based on my experience. About time someone might call BBB on them.
