Compensation is decent but benefits need to be improved. Employer-funded training classes need to be improved.
Would love to see more events designed to bring more employees together to build connections and relationships. Remote work due to COVID made it tough to get together, of course, but maybe more virtual events.
OCI has a relatively flat leadership hierarchy. For engineers who want to just be great engineers, it doesn't matter, and can actually be a good thing. For those that have a desire to move into management, there are few opportunities.
