Pros

- Competent colleagues, most middle+ level. - Above average salary + yearly bonuses (!) - Bring Your Own Device if you like, or use the provided iMac. - Kiroff office located in the city center, with parking and metro stations nearby. Bike parking with charging. Many options to have lunch in the area. - Free tea/coffee. - Good work/life balance. I rarely see people working very early or very late. - Company's contribution to open source. - CEO is a programmer himself and a founder of several Apache projects. He is often giving speeches at conferences and consulting companies all over the world. - Still small size (albeit constantly growing), which results in most people knowing everyone else personally, including the CEO.

Cons

- A bit more investment in the office design and amenities could make it top-class. Currently, it is just a basic open-space with great location and in a modern office center (i.e., already quite expensive). - Sometimes the two meeting rooms are not enough. - Only basic compensation package/benefits with the great exception of yearly bonuses. - Unlike big companies, not too many projects. As a result, few options to switch to when your project ends or you want to grow professionally.
