With the boost in growth that the company has been going through, it almost seems like teenhood (indeed, the age matches). With this, some small pains being to appear as the company grows larger and continues to absorb and create a larger workforce. My only fear is that this growth will fuel a reduction in employee satisfaction, for example less social advantages, and each employee's overall value being diminished. This hasn't happened, but it's a danger looming aroudn the corner that I'm personally wary of.
