      Pros

      Work on some fantastic digital events and installations, cool work environment, good people for the most part

      Cons

      Communication from leadership is poor, lots of false promises, lots of "experiments" where people are allowed to waste time and money. Lots of people coasting, coming in late (10:00!) and leaving early

      Pros

      Great culture of people, create an awesome product and have huge passion for what they do.

      Cons

      Not a great place for entry level jobs, unless you have a great background in Design or CS. Jobs are a little all over the place, and could get quite hectic, and you will never have a full understanding of project you work on, except for some snippets when you are needed.
