      Avoid OCCAM Like The Plague for Employment

      Company takes employees to lunch once a week or so

      Cons

      Look at Web Pages/News. No contract wins since 2012/2013 published on Web Site. . Everyone working offsite, Office physically a mess, unprofessional appearance . Recent bid losses. Thinks it is getting contract awards, not so. No BD discipline, consultant BD leadership. Won't make investments. Can't win opportunity hand me downs. No future here.

      only good thing is they give free lunch somedays.

      Cons

      One of the worst companies to work with. There is a huge labor turnover. Management is not as straightforward with the employees. Offer letters are fake. they send offer letters to candidates where the job is not even started in the same day and they don't even pick up the calls afterwards keeping the candidates in the dark.
