1. Functions dont have equal representation within the company 2. R&D function making anything but R&D 3. Information flow from top-to-bottom & bottom-to-top is unhealthy and ineffective, affecting the performance of departments and individuals. 4. Too many unnecessary meetings. 5. Procrastination of every work that takes forever to complete due to such attitude of people in the other functions from whom you wait for the input 6. No appreciation of the external experience which would help the company for going a step higher in business. 7. The management is not open to take actions for a change toward effective innovative structure led by R&D. etc...

Corporate management is incompetent and controlling. Concentrating too much on sales and not too much on the well-being of employees and patients. Making horrible decisions that change all the time once they realize how bad they were, but corrections are always harder. Low pay, limited training and personal growth opportunities.
