Pros
Most of the working staff are helpful and nice. The pay is somewhat competitive.
Cons
They have incompetent leadership. Favoritism is rampant in this company. The staff lives in constant fear of being terminated without cause. They talk about their great culture, that leadership does not live by and the staff knows it does not exist. They smile and tell you you're doing a great job and the next they fire you, and then wonder why the staff does not trust them. Their CPO has no business being in charge, they think they can treat you anyway they want because only Pantex pays more, however Amarillo is growing and they have problems already trying to get people to work for them. If you need a job, try someone else this family and company are not worth the stress and uncertainty.
