      Pros

      They offer internships so its a good way to start out and gain experience.

      Cons

      In my opinion, the IT department was experiencing significant challenges related to leadership and accountability. A lack of consistent presence and follow-through from management contributed to ongoing operational issues. In addition, one team member’s consistently disruptive behavior has further affected team dynamics. As a result, the overall work environment has become unsupportive and counterproductive, making it difficult to maintain a healthy, collaborative, and efficient team culture.

      Good for experience, but not a long-term fit in IT

      Pros

      If you're starting your IT career, this is a decent place to get hands-on experience. You'll be exposed to a variety of support tickets and can develop practical troubleshooting skills. Internship opportunities can be valuable for building a foundation.

      Cons

      In my experience, the department faced challenges related to leadership visibility and team dynamics. Some senior staff members appeared to have close personal relationships with management, which at times impacted accountability and fairness. Junior staff were often responsible for the bulk of technical work, while some senior personnel had fewer day-to-day responsibilities. Leadership was not consistently available, and focus seemed divided between internal priorities and outside interests.
