Please listen to all the negative reviews. Ocean Finance was the worst experience I’ve had within a company. Awful culture, unrealistic expectations and managers who will admit they have no time for new hires - nor do they care (fuelling the high rates of people not passing probation). Clear favouritism of legacy employees and no clear direction of the company with CEO/MD saying one thing and expecting another. Communication is terrible (again, with little effort given its remote working). I wish I had listened to the negative reviews before joining, if this can help one person avoid this company then please take on board.
