-The culture of the company sounds nice at orientation, but it is definitely not carried out that way.
-You DO work holidays. Contrary to our orientation stating we don't work on holidays, we actually do have to. I guess having the Super Bowl off is more important than Easter
-Managers don't know what they are doing. While new management has stepped in to help, there is a complete lack of understanding our job functions and how to improve them. Plus, there are a few individuals who speak down to you as well as make you feel targeted based on your race or gender. That said, women in this work environment are constantly disrespected.
-Not enough job delegation. You will be stuck doing side work for 2 hours after your last table and getting out early is basically near impossible.
-Negative work environment. Constantly filled with bad attitudes, negative energy, and self-indulgent behavior. By the end of the night, you are not only exhausted, but the life force is sucked out of you
-The opportunity to make great money (as stated above) is only on nights that are busy. And there are plenty of slow nights to make you want to find another job
-The Beverly Hills clientele can be very demanding, making you work very hard for little money.
