Ocrolus seems to be missing the mark when it comes to planning ahead. They're creating products without really considering if clients actually want them. Their decision-making relies heavily on best-case scenarios, which isn't always practical. The company has had to do two major rounds of layoffs, which unfortunately meant losing a lot of really talented people. This all stemmed from poor money management. The Indian leadership crew appears to be playing politics, looking out for themselves first and foremost. There doesn't seem to be much synergy with the leadership in the USA. And when it comes to tackling issues, their go-to solution is laying off employees. In terms of the work itself, the tech challenges at Ocrolus aren't super exciting, but they're not terrible either. For newbies starting their careers, it might not be the best fit. All things considered, unless you don't have other options, it's probably a good idea to give Ocrolus a pass.

1. Poor leadership, all the top leaders had left the organization 2. No stability and security in the job, layoff the many top performers without sharing any feedback or reasoning 3. Hiring the developers and kicking them out after the project 4. No idea to reduce cash burnout. a) Decided to increase the Quarter cycle (4-month place of 3)and then b) Decided to pay 0 variable to the employee and then c) layoff started and then d) false commitment to the organization
