      The team at Octopart are really great, kind people, and the product suite has tremendous utility to professionals working in electronics.

      Cons

      Not a lot of cons, but the leadership team would be well served to be more clear about company strategy with the team.

      I am so fortunate to be a part of the Octopart family. Octopart is one of the most innovate internet companies serving the semiconductor/components industry. The smartest and kindest people I have ever had an honor working with. The customers love us because our product delivers. Amazing salaries and pretty good benefits. If you're lucky enough to be a part of the Octopart team, you're lucky enough.

      Pros

      The people at Octopart are some of the smartest, most dedicated, and considerate people I have ever had the pleasure of working with. It's a collaborative environment where there are no stupid questions and everyone encourages each other to push their work to be the best. Compensation and benefits are excellent, which is just the icing on the cake.

      Cons

      Sometimes we run out of the good flavors of La Croix early in the week.
