Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Only 20 days PTO The Executive team have no clue what they are doing. The workplace is extremely toxic with nothing but negativity. Management will take credit for work you've done Cliques are present as mentioned in other reviews. Very high learning curve. Below industry standard salary

Micromanagement and Sexism

Pros

Free lunch and some great people

Cons

Really poor salary, you're micromanaged to an inch of your life by upper management. Prepare to be watched constantly and treated like a child. The sexism is very evident and it comes from the top down. They'll protect staff members because the projects they're working on are more important than the safety of their staff. Horrendous flexibility and famous emails from the top about working 40-60 hours a week if you want to "make" it.

Pros

PTO is not bad. Some travel locations were entertaining.

Cons

Toxic culture. Your "Team" refuses to help in any way. Benefits package is sub par and covers very little. Management is condescending, and extremely rude Very heavy handed, old school micromanagement style Pay structure is well below industry standard. "Professional Services Engineer" is a way overstated position, as this role is 90% technical support on the phones in a call center environment and working on tickets. No bonus or profit sharing or any recognition for going above and beyond Expectation to work well into the night and beyond your 40 hour work week for no additional compensation Zero opportunity for advancement.
