Small company, therefore lots to learn The staff is quite welcoming and fun The staff is getting younger every year It is not too hard to get a job, so it is a good plan B i you cannot find a job elsewhere in the pharmaceutical industry

Cons

Lots of micromanagement, especially from the president Low and non-competitive salaries Very high employee turnover...about 1 person quits every week The president is very demanding and hard to deal with. He has mostly unrealistic demands

it's really hard to find one good thing , to be honest the only thing was good to me it was close to my home

Cons

definitely you will start looking for another job from the first month . every week you will see someone quitting job . * no matter how good you are no appreciation . * it's almost impossible to satisfy the boss . * pay is not a motivator. * Performance Evaluation ,in the best cases you will get average performance. *when you show your best you may get some attacks from your coworkers.

Hi, Actually what you are saying is not right. Our last resignation was very long ago and the turnover at odan is currently very low. Of course no company can make everybody happy but our last survey showed that 83 of our employees are happy and not thinking of changing job. Thank you
