Pros
If you're not looking for top class career but more about good relationship with colleagues and management, it's the place to be. This small structure is a place where people you work with will become friendly quickly and where you can enjoy your job in a positive, social, environment.
Cons
On the other hand, this is not the place to be looking at if you want to improve your career and define a clear path to success. The small sized structure makes it difficult to grow up and it won't be easy to bypass one or two long decades to get to a management position, definitely not a shortcut to high responsibility roles.
