With the tendency for company to not honor your contract, allowances (de minimis) was made deductible months ago even if this is totally legally moot considering how clear the lack of a "deductible allowance" clause in the contract.
Day-offs are horribly implemented as it is pro-rated even upon signup, generated every end of month. Vacation leaves can stack up, but sick leaves reset every year meaning a 0.5 sick leave is lost and unavailable to the employee at the very end of the year. It's pro-rata nature also means you cannot get paid sick leaves at the start of the year.
Unlimited hot drinks suddenly disappeared. Constant construction everywhere. Cramped workspaces. Lack of transparency when it comes to payrolls. New policies designed to benefit the employees takes ages to implement. Company is riddled with various labor code violations, including unpaid last pays, controversial layoffs, 13th month pays not given.
Depending on which workgroup you land on, some team leaders are office psychopaths. Evaluation on employees only evaluate the lesser folks, not the lesser folks evaluating the oligarchs to magnify issues that persist in them. This, severely damaging work environment and company culture.
The rapid dwindling populace and mass resignations of this company shows how much mismanagement is going on and the rapidly bleeding of the funding in the office.
