      Pros

      They are lying that they have 80 employees but you just found 40 employee in which most of the Employee are fresher's. Lying to Employee is the Pros of this Company.

      Cons

      - Currently they are hiring Fresher's in Bulk to just Show the Strength of the Company. - Experience Employees know all the details of the company, so they are finding other company. - They are(Only CEO ) behaving very badly when Employee just make a small Mistake. - CEO does not have the Capability to take care of Experience and Good Employees. - CEO has still a BIG EGO that the company is Growing because of him. I want to say to CEO and Management that you Company is not Growing. - In the Market your Company Reputation is very Bad that Most of the Employee are Ignoring to Join even they are avoid to give Interview in your Company.

      Poor work culture, worst management, no focus on competitive technologies..rather just focus on delivery anyhow.. I can see people working for 15-18 hours ..its pathetic Hire and fire policy .. in my time span I have seen near about 10 employees being fired

      Absolutely no Pros . only the salary comes on time . Plastic Water bottles are given to each person separately .

      Cons

      1. Company does not have any proper Policies . Most of the holidays are missing and they put you on Loss on Pay for Normal holidays taken . 2. Excessive Micromanagement . 3. Employees are fired without any proper reason . 4. No Medical policies or Medi claims and hikes are minimal from the market . 5. No outing , No picnic , no Team Lunch . They only expect you to work day in and day out . 6. Not a scalable company. 7. The same product is being reiterated again and again , only maintenance work is given . 8. CEO and his complete family is the management , no proper leadership in the organization and the company treats their employees like trash.
