      Pros

      Pay is equal to work load. Builds resumé experience and industry knowledge. Informal office environment.

      Cons

      No work life balance. Poor upper management. Extremely unprofessional company outings that seem like a liability more than anything. Careful how you leave otherwise the current CEO will take it personally and act accordingly.
