Pros

The people. There are many hard working, good and talented people that work for the company. Health Insurance. The employee cost of health insurance is better than many other companies. Company puts out a great product, and could really be successful.

Cons

Upper Management Micromanages everything. No-one is allowed to make a decision without having it cleared through Upper Management. Work/Life Balance does not exist. There is constant tension and outbursts. Employees are afraid to do anything other than what they are told. They work in fear constantly.

Pros

very small and run by non-experienced Mom and POP. workers are great and friendly.

Cons

under pay, Un-professional management, no raise, no break, so little time to work on project, which bring fear to work on a daily basis. Must Be single to work here, expect to work more than 40hrs/wk-sometimes weekend - with salary.

It is unfortunate that this was your subjective experience of our fast-paced and customer-oriented business. It is certainly not how our employees experience it. Our turnover is actually less than the industry average and our benefit package is extremely competitive. We are sorry that your time here wasn’t as rewarding as it has been for nearly everyone that works here.
