Pros

I do not believe there is very much good I can say about this place of employment. I did receive a one time bonus of $100 at Christmas that not all of my colleagues received.

Cons

I worked for this company for nearly 2 years. It’s a horrible work environment with terrible management. The leadership rolls are filled with incompetent people who hire their children and give them special treatment. This company has had many different court cases regarding denying unemployment and/or falsifying documentation. I would highly recommend choosing a different place of work.

Pros

• Autonomy in Leadership: As a Team Lead, you have the independence to manage personnel and supply logistics across a large number of locations without constant micromanagement. • Operational Impact: You gain significant experience in high-volume logistics, overseeing 18 different sites and ensuring they are consistently stocked and staffed. • Skill Development: The role provides a strong foundation in multi-unit management, site inspections, and professional communication with diverse teams. • Growth Opportunities: There is a clear path for advancement within the company for those who show reliability and strong organizational skills. • Dynamic Work Environment: The nature of the job ensures that no two days are the same, offering a fast-paced environment that keeps you engaged.

Cons

• Logistical Complexity: Managing 18 locations simultaneously can lead to "firefighting" moments where urgent needs across different sites collide. • Staffing Consistency: Like many industries in service and cleaning, maintaining a full and reliable staff across all locations can be a constant challenge. • Travel Requirements: The necessity of performing regular site inspections means a significant amount of time spent on the road between facilities. • Physical and Mental Demands: Balancing the physical aspects of site inspections with the administrative burden of supply management and personnel reporting can be taxing. • After-Hours Availability: Management roles in this sector often require being "on call" to handle emergencies or staffing shortages that occur outside of standard business hours.

Pros

Decent pay and no boss standing over your shoulder.

Cons

You will not be appropriately trained for each location and if any concerns are shared they will retaliate. Write you up very quickly and terminate you!
