Pros

Not many to be honest, if you are a sales assistant the commission structure isn't bad if you work hard and do well Can be very chill when business is quiet

Cons

The manager is very micromanaging - with 0 trust at all in any of her staff and has very little people skills The pay is minimum wage (apart from commission for sales assistants) The company as a whole are very tight - employee discount is half of what other companies give theirs and when minimum wage increases they tell you the company has done well and is rewarding their staff Company don't hire cleaners so be prepared to dust, mop, sweep, hoover, etc Area manager treats her staff like something stuck to her shoe Store manager (and all store and area management) is very two-faced and try to lie to you and tell you different stories
