Pros

There have pretty good data structures compared to other areas of civil service. There is also access and appetite for using more modern interesting analytical tools and techniques.

Cons

Leadership are incapable of having clear leadership, taking accountability, or making decisions. They want to work at pace, but don't put governance structures in place. Higher jobs are paid very well in comparison to elsewhere in civil service meaning there is little movement and people who contribute little value stay. There is little development opportunity as a result.
