Pros

Ogilvy gave me a solid professional foundation in artwork finalization and print production. I had the opportunity to work on major international brands, learn industry best practices, and collaborate with talented professionals. It is an excellent place to develop discipline, precision, and problem-solving skills.

Cons

Like most agencies, deadlines can be demanding and workload can become intense during campaign periods. Career growth opportunities may vary depending on business priorities.

Pros

Collaborative teams – people are generally supportive, and you get to work with talented folks across functions. Open creative culture – hierarchy isn’t much of a barrier, so if you have a strong idea, you can take it to the right people directly. Strong creative environment – great exposure to brainstorming, campaigns, and a culture that pushes creative thinking.

Cons

Work-life balance can be tough – late nights and weekend spillovers are common in some teams, especially around pitches or deadlines. Management can be inconsistent – experience often depends a lot on the team and reporting manager. High-pressure pace – the agency setup can get intense, with quick turnarounds and demanding timelines.
