there are or used to be a lot of nice and honest people

Cons

People never do what they are hired for. No sharing: if you don't belong to "the" very privileged group of informed people, you'll never have choice. Very bad management, a lot of secrets and lies, you feel betrayed all the time. Talented people leave and the company is not able to attract new ones The organization is as follow: for one developper there are 2,3 managers, so please hurry up and keep working! Sometimes employees suddenly stop coming and the company hides what happened to them.
