      Pros

      Remote-first company, and they really mean it! Great work/life balance, excellent compensation and equity package, and one's ambition and effort can really move the needle here!

      Cons

      Customer-facing work across multiple time zones is occasionally difficult, but part of the vibe. The usual expected growing pains of a small company on it's way to becoming a large(r) company.

      Can be a bit of a challenge working with a UK company in the US, not many tools to be successful in todays society of sales.
