Wrong approach to employee satisfaction. Social toxicity from top leadership all the way down to claims\operations\safety. An image obsessed culture that promotes a bullying attitude and encourages gossip. Management's blatant favoritism. High workloads across the board. Intentional internal obstacles in systems and workflows gets in the way of efficiency. Feels like middle school with constant whispering, gossip and trash talking between everyone. massive egos and superiority complex agency wide make coming to work seem like a daily popularity contest. Agency refuses to get onboard with state centralized programs via DAS and insists on keeping total independence despite impacting efficiency, appearing brash and demanding way more resources.
