      Pros

      Friendly coworkers. Relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      Garbage benefits. Entry level employees get zero vacation time. Entry level employees don't even get paid on national holidays. Tons of turnover. People get fired or quit constantly. Owner lives on the west coast and the "president" is spineless and has no true authority of his own. They fired a number of managers without replacing them only to pile their work onto the staff that's left. Zero vision or plan for the future. Policies and plans change daily. Never knew who was actually in charge.

      Paycheck and making friends with people that are just as miserable.

      Cons

      Don’t ignore the red flags. There are several. Incompetent managers, no organization, no clarity or direction, no vision for the future, no real concern for employees or patients...simply lining their pockets. Unprofessionalism. Their managers curse during meetings. Extremely high turnover. People quit or are fired left and right. They joke about not learning employees’ names because they don’t expect people to last here. They think it’s funny that departments lose managers and staff. Terrible benefits.

      Flexible hours, Independent work frame

      Cons

      Absolutely no leadership. Unorganized. Lies. Inability to handle medical records in accordance to HIPPA. Unsafe work environments. The upper management is ran like high school. Do not start asking questions or they will push you out. Their famous quote "No-one gets fired from OMC, they fire themselves."
