      There is not one pro I can think of.

      Cons

      Don't come here unless you'd like to leave with lower self esteem and an empty wallet. Commission structure changes when and where they decide, dependent on how much money they would like to withhold from you. Made thousands of dollars in additional sales year over year and thousands of less dollars in the 4 years I was there. Biggest mistake of my life.

      Very poor leadership and toxic environment. To say you will be micromanaged would be the understatement of the year.

      Management would start new polices and programs but never follow through with them. Management by fear in some departments
