- Good managers. - Always feel supported. - Reliable pay. - Ohio born company. - Some good officers.

Cons

- Terrible officers because the pay is low and the hiring team doesn't gatekeep bad candidates. - Because of ADP, there have been increasing bureaucratic control which has benefitted no one on the ground.

Pay is decent now as a entry level guard . alot of available hour's .

Cons

No weekends off unless you request them . Second and third shift openings only. Will hire a outside person instead of working with current dedicated staff.

Cons

-Unwanted overtime when staffing is low. You have to stay over or come in early. -Uniforms are outdated -Training is outdated -Time clocking system is outdated
