      Virtually a School - But Not Really

      Pros

      Don't have to get up very early. They pay you mileage for conferences.

      Cons

      Nobody really knows what's going on. It's all a charade. The Head of School is a kindergarten teacher with a doctorate from some mail-order diploma mill. It's just a factory run by corporate types who use stooges who couldn't get a job elsewhere to run the school.

      A good place for new teachers.

      Pros

      Flexible hours. Good team of teachers to work with.

      Cons

      As the company has grown, it's systems do not keep up. Always more responsibilities and no more time or resources available. They used to encourage input from teachers. Change came from the bottom up. Now we just respond to demands for more work.
