      Work life balance after year or so when you have seniority Good wage compared to work doing

      Cons

      They literally don’t care about you. Will mess up your payroll, ignore your grievances, Nigel and dime you so hard they WANT you to protest your wages when negotiation comes around

      Great company culture, big focus on improvement. Great benefits. Company let's employees run projects and be fairly independent.

      Cons

      Does not pay good. The same mindset about independence that I enjoy also leads to some lack of accountability.
