      very well organized production facility Good team work Diversified and multi cultural team Good Pay as per market rate which is not comparable Has good work force across all departments

      Management change Not taking care of employees very often lay offs after new management take over In consistent top management then and even now

      Pros

      Nice facility, decent wage. Predominately an Indian facility. Good people to work with. Parking sucks. Lot of people, Close parking is hard to get. There is a lot of favoritism. Some good management and some bad. Communication between departments leaves a lot to be desired. Cross training is there if they like you.

      Cons

      Not enough cross training. Indians chewed tobacco or whatever it is.
