      Get as much experience as you can as quick as you can then get out of there.

      Cons

      Minimum wage, no overtime rate, no bonus,no respect given. Basic canteen.

      Not much to say really. Might think of something, but nothing comes to mind.

      Cons

      Wages, Conditions, Working environment. Managers, Supervisors, Canteen, Toilets, Team leaders are bullies, Zero prospects for advancement, Toxic place to work. No wage increases. The treat of contract not been renewed. English is the second or third language.
