Not much, apart from a few decent people there.
Cons
Fake culture. Two faced. People lie and act like they know people's business. A lot of finger pointing. People gossip and assume stuff where 9/10 its not true. Male apprentice's spend more time vaping and looking up inappropriate stuff on the Internet laughing about things that's irrelevant and not funny, but moan about other people saying disgusting jokes about children which is not funny at all. You got some agency workers that harass and try boss people about swearing at other members of staff. HR don't do nothing about it. The jobs they set up is certain areas ain't really jobs. It's just scraps. They dont supply proper full training, expect what from people. When things go under or not suitable for staff, they get repetively immature and unsuitable. Bad people get better thought of and the people take drugs say and remark at someone else. Awful.
