      great company if they like you

      Pros

      amazing coworkers and team leaders, they were one of the best things about working there. made many great friends and the culture is very warm and welcoming. the work is very interesting and you get to eat strawberries which is a plus

      Cons

      pay isnt great, hardly any benefits and its hard to move up because their requirements for promotion are vague and subjective. if you are not friends with the higher ups then they wont know you exist and you will be stuck doing the same two tasks for the rest of your time there.

      Work you to death. Lack of middle management between engineers and business team. Low salary compare the amount of work that you must do.
