Salary is no the works in the industry
Cons
Team and product management creates so much conflict that makes hard to focus on what really matters. Too much gossip from leaders who just want to stir the pot instead of delivering decent conditions to work. There's time to clock in but the bear and games available are just to trick you into working overtime that will never get paid.

They are extremely welcome and the time is very focused on their goals. The CEO is always close to the time even traveling a lot to Israel.
Cons
They want the results as fast as you can deliver so we need to work under a lot of pressure.
