      no pros unless you make good money but that’s literally it

      Cons

      *sexual harassment from costumers and management *management let’s creepy costumers take photos of you even if it’s of your behind *managers steal *managers allow costumers to sell drugs at restaurant *fights / shootouts *terrible pay checks (if you make tips you get less of a check ) my checks were literally 0 a lot of times *no benefits * you are not valued they used to tell us constantly that we are all replaceable

      Easy to network, easy money

      Cons

      Terrible management, stay long enough and watch yourself do their job for 2 dollars an hour. Managers don't kick out clientele that assaults you, They offer customers your days off so you can go spend it with them as if they own you. Certain locations strictly don't hire African American women.
