      Long hours, IIT Kanpur culture

      Pros

      Lots to do, some of the areas are good steps.

      Cons

      Founders have no clue how to build a fin business, lack of basic knowledge. Further it's IIT kanpur crowd and they hire more folks from their school whether these guys are good or not(mostly not). The hours are very long, founders come late and office closes around midnight. We don't have any respite for this IIT mafia culture.

      Not a single con worth mentioning. It's been the best experience i've had in my career here.

      1. Equal involvement of developers, engineers and leadership in decision making process. 2. Zero bureaucracy 3. Loads of enthusiastic and motivated people to learn from and get inspired from.

      Cons

      Not a con really, but there a healthy amount of pressure to give one's best.
