      The immediate boss was helpful and cooperative. always ready to assist you when you need help. Working with other team members was a plus as well, and everyone would cooperate easily and work well with each other

      Cons

      Higher management that is in the head office in France does not value your input as much as direct superiors in the same city.

      Good team environment Nice and friendly colleagues Interesting projects

      Cons

      Low pay, difficult for that to change Quite old tools and processes Company politics/toxic environment You will learn a lot of very domain specific but also Oktal Sydac specific tools which can't be used in other workplaces Not the best place to start out as a graduate
