Don't even know where to begin to explain just how toxic the workplace culture is here. If you value diligent hard working co-workers and kindness, run the other way cuz here you will find mostly laziness and a whole lot of rude and selfish people who seem to really just be there to have a good time behind the nurses station and occassionally yell at patients whenever they need something. No oversight to monitor this unprofessionalism. I felt like if I spoke out against this workplace culture I'd be targeted and met with snide & sideways attitude and thats's basically what happened. The ones who wanna keep the bar low will try to bring you down with them by constantly trying to pick at you or make it seem like ur the outsider for being "one of the good ones"

The cno is running people away in droves. She is a bully and makes you work double shifts without telling you beforehand. The pay is good but there's a reason for it. Your safety is continually at risk.
