      Pros

      Supportive management, great coworkers, open communication as long as you communicate too. Do your job and you will be rewarded. This company will not keep people around who do not do the job they were hired to do, and they shouldn’t.

      Cons

      Every job has their bad days, but overall there really isn’t anything bad to say about this company. You get what you give and if you’re working hard, it does not go unnoticed!!

      The owners of OldhamGoodwin are one of a kind. They show genuine gratitude to their employees and recognize the hard work that is put in. I have worked for this company 9 years and I look forward to seeing the future growth and potential the company thrives to be.
