Pros

Interview process is simple and slick. It's easy to play their game. They call the job a Benefit Coordinator but it is just sell sell sell. Straight commission.

Cons

This is a front for an insurance company. Unless you want to sell insurance turn around and leave. High pressure and slick presentations selling insurance.

Pros

Meeting with the union members to deliver their benefits.

Cons

The office atmosphere is horrible and negative. There is a black cloud in the office and its called Dorian Oldham. He is extremely negative, believes in fear-based tactics to get people to work harder, always threatening to fire people, doesn't have a family of his own so he doesn't relate to those who do (therefore you are seen as lazy if you need time off for family events, appointments for your kids, etc). Dorian rarely talks to people in the office unless they are in management or making him a lot of money. The office turned into a giant frat boy atmosphere too. Unless you constantly suck up to Dorian your job is in jeopardy. They have a HUGE turn-around because the office is very toxic. Even managers are trained to spy on their trainees and create drama where drama is not needed. 100% commission makes it very difficult to feed your family. Definitely feast or famine.

Pros

Just as simple as this, the culture is a complete lie - The only good reviews on the website were obviously ordered by upper management It is not a coincide that all of the positive reviews that were posted, we're all posted on the exact same date. Again they do everything they can to deceive you, but with a little bit of common sense it is easy to see last this.

Cons

Oldham Midwest, the entire company
