      The staff/team is willing to develop you into a very great professional. They invest so much into the workers, it makes me honored to be apart of such a great atmosphere!

      Cons

      Just have to be ready/willing to put forth the fort to succeed.. but so far it’s all been worth it!!!

      Pros

      There is a lot of growth opportunity here that I never saw in previous jobs. My work ethic is directly reflected back with opportunities. I love that I get to work with a team and as an individual. I enjoy the overall positivity and exciting energy in the office every day.

      None, this is really a one of a kind place.

      I truly enjoy working at OleCo because the people and the culture are so welcoming. Everyone is willing to answer questions and fully explain information. I appreciate the hands on learning!
