Pros
Set schedule Monday thru Friday.
Cons
You don’t get 40 hours a week even though you was hired for 40 hours. Pay is really horrible. They change how you do things all the time which is ok but would be nice to be told and then taught how to do it. If you are a PSR ( receptionist ) you will do nurse work like prior authorization. Referrals which again is ok if you was not the only PSR in the office with the phones ringing from 8 am on the dot till closing. There is a lot of clicks so if you don’t fit in your life will be hell. Health insurance cost way to much and they don’t help pay for it and there 401k or 403 what ever they want to call the retirement they put hardly to nothing in to contribute towards it. You will not work in 40 hours a week you will work 37.5 a week and get paid every 2 weeks so taxes take most of it. And don’t go over the 37.5 a week cause you will get into trouble saying you can not have over time which it really is not over time if we don’t work 40 hours a week.
